Can’t wait to try even more great recipes!
I’ve been waiting with bated breath for this second book from Scott. Love the first and some of my most favourite and most repeated meals come from it so to have a new selection to choose from is great.I’ve only been cooking a year and a half these recipes are easy to follow, I live alone and meal prep so tend cook at the weekend and use them throughout the week. I use the Nutracheck app so to be able to scan the barcode and have the meal automatically enter is also such a win.I think cheesy one pan Mexican beef might be one of the first along with the cauliflower cheese topped veg pie and I noticed the sherry chicken pilaf too! I’ll be trying one maybe two this weekend definitely. I noticed the Chicken dopiaza recipe is one I got as I follow Scott on Instagram. I can testify to that one being delicious I make it regularly … and made sure to tell everyone to cook their peppers briefly then take them out and add them later coz it’s a game changer 👌🏻Doesn’t matter how far along you are on a cooking journey, health / high protein journey and whether there’s one or an army of you these recipes are worth trying definitely!

    Got two books from this author now and love them. Easy to follow menu, ingredients and shopping lists, instructions are clearly written.
    Great pictures, tried many of the dishes and not disappointed.
    The higher protein meals are definitely stopping me from snacking between meals

    I have used and loved Scott Baptie recipes for years! When I seen this cook book I thought surely there can’t be that much variety as he has so many brilliant recipes already! I couldn’t have been more wrong, I can easily menu plan for the whole week from the book and have lots of variety of flavours and styles of food! So much selection, I was not disappointed! Love the barcode scanner too, a game changer if you are tracking calories and can’t be bothered sitting and adding each recipe item! Thanks for another brilliant collection of recipes!

    Such a great book !
    I’ve followed Scott for many years and the recipes in this book are fantastic!
    Healthy , super tasty , easy to follow for any level of cook. The Korean beef bowl is a long time family favourite.
    I love cooking and these are great recipes , my son at Uni makes a lot of Scott’s recipes too and I bought him a copy of the book too !
    Very fortunate to have “ home tested “ a lot of the new recipes ( at least 30) as a volunteer and would be hard pressed to pick a favourite, but Lomo Saltado, Doro Wat ( both pictured) , Trinidadian Chicken curry , spiced chicken with creamy coconut sauce and Mauritian prawn Rougaille ( so fast and tasty !!) are right up there !
    And the air fryer Harissa meatballs and I make the spicy air fryer chicken tenders a lot !!!
    So many great recipes.
    So exciting to see the final book.
    If you want easy , healthy recipes for the whole family this is the book for you , and Scott’s first book and app !!

    I’ve followed Scott for many years and the recipes in this book are fantastic!
    Healthy , super tasty , easy to follow for any level of cook. The Korean beef bowl is a long time family favourite.

    I've made 6 recipes so far & enjoyed every single one. There's no faffing, no weird ingredients to buy & a great variety.

    Plus all the macros are worked out & the portion sizes are not skimpy.

    Can't wait to make the Thai red curry chicken.

    Another fantastic recipe book by Scott, We have been using Scott's recipes for some time now and they are loved by the whole family.
    The recipes are easy to follow and a great variety of meals, having the nutritional value is great.
    The ingredients are all stock foods in everyone's cupboards or easily available at supermarkets.
